Deviant art is literally overflowing with macro flower images, but what makes this one original is its softness and colour range. It's a beautiful image to look at, very easy on the eyes, and the depth of field you've used really draws the viewer's attention all the more to the vivid petals. The monotone background in contrast with that bright red continually draws the eyes back. There is something very romantic about this image, and I think you have named it perfectly.
The only bad thing I have to say about it, and this may only be due to my screen settings, is that I feel the image may be a little too dark. A very slight brightening could make all the difference.
All in all a very beautiful image, and I look forward to browsing through the rest of your gallery.
