Summer. Warm colours, red tones, and sun.. what more do you need to create the feel of summer? Vision: 4.5/5 (not 5/5 because of the composition but i'll explain later on)

In my country we don't have fields of these flowers, because they have been almost eradicated. Though i guess in your parts a more common sight? Originality: 4/5

Technique: You've divided this shot neatly in two: half sky, half landscape. But it's the summer you want to focus on, the warm colours. Yet the cold blue tone of the sky gets also half of the photo. To get a lot more visual impact, i think, it would have been better to follow the rule of thirds and give the flandscape (flowers) two thirds of the image. This would reduce the sky to one third which would allow for people to feel unclouded, sunny days and also offer a nice contrast between cold and warm colours. But it wouldn't be a fight between which colour would win in its overal impact.
Secondly i have the impression, your focus is towards the back of the image. This means that the eye of the viewer is immediately pulled towards the back as well. The feel of the summer is in the red flowers in front. I think putting your focus towards the front would firstly attract the view to some flowers and than guide it, by way of the field, to the back.. This would mean even more red, warm impression.. more summer-feel. Technique: 3/5

Impact: The bright, red wins from the blue and gives the impression of summer. Overall impact: 4/5
